Kaleb Bell practices in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, out-of-court debt restructuring and business litigation. He is active in a significant portion of the firm’s practice. He represents individuals and businesses as debtors in all phases of bankruptcy proceedings under chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code, and he regularly advises clients in connection with out of court debt settlements.

Kaleb represents secured and unsecured creditors in proceedings under Chapters 11, 7 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. He also has experience representing petitioning creditors in contested involuntary bankruptcy proceedings, and official committees of unsecured creditors in chapter 11 proceedings. In addition, Kaleb has participated in adversary proceedings in bankruptcy cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants.

A member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Kaleb is an active member of the Lawyers for Literacy committee and the Bankruptcy CLE committee. He is also a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida.
Kaleb is admitted to practice in Florida state courts, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Kaleb earned his undergraduate at the University of Florida, where he majored in finance. Kaleb also earned his law degree from the University of Florida, where he devoted his time to Three Rivers Legal Services and the Law School Mentoring Project.
